9 WEEK TERM 3 CLASSES BEGIN MON 11TH JULY - WED 7TH SEPTEMBER

"NRG FIT"   ( HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) CHECK  BOOTCAMP TIMETABLE FOR TIMES

NRG FIT is a high intensity class which runs for 1 hr in the Bootcamp program. The class is  designed to work at your own pace . The interval section runs for 45 minutes which includes 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 second rest intervals. The remaining 15 minutes finishes with core work and a stretch.

 

 

"POWERBAR" TUESDAY 5.30 PM

A 1hr class using a bar and weights. The class works all major muscle groups including the important small ones. You will train using light to moderate weights with a high rep range to great motivating music. An ideal class to firm muscles and burn body fat.

 

Cost is $148.50 for the term. ($16.50 a class) 

 

" YOGA" TUESDAY 6.30PM

This class is ideal for those wanting to strengthen and tone up not only  the  abdominals  but also the important back muscles . It involves 30 minutes of exercises utilising body weight, using fitballs and dumbbells. There is a 30 minute Yoga section after the core work. The yoga is suitable for anyone. Even for those who have never done yoga before. It incorporates a Hatha and Vinyasa style with a relaxation at the end. 

 

Cost is $148.50 for the term ($16.50 a class)

 

 

"YOGA / MEDITATION" WEDNESDAY 5.30PM

This Yoga class is designed so that "any body" can do it. The class is a mix between Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. There is no rule to say that you need to be flexible to join in. Everyone has a different level of flexibility. Some people are born with more elasticity in muscles and ligaments. Having said that we can always improve our flexibility and we aim to provide the opportunity for you to do it. The class finishes with a mediation/relaxation which is extremely helpful in our busy lifestyles. Learn the techniques of letting go of stress and being present.

 

Cost is $148.50 for the term ($16.50 a class)

Cost is $66.OO for the term. ($16.50 a class) 

BOXING FOR FITNESS. BOOTCAMP SESSION. CHECK THE BOOTCAMP SCHEDULE FOR CLASS TIMES

Boxing classes run in the Bootcamp program . These sessions teach correct technique using pads and gloves . The class involves boxing drills to increase cardio fitness . There is an element of leg and core strengthening work in the session also.
