"NRG FIT" ( HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) CHECK BOOTCAMP TIMETABLE FOR TIMES
NRG FIT is a high intensity class which runs for 1 hr in the Bootcamp program. The class is designed to work at your own pace . The interval section runs for 45 minutes which includes 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 second rest intervals. The remaining 15 minutes finishes with core work and a stretch.
"POWERBAR" TUESDAY 5.30 PM
A 1hr class using a bar and weights. You will work every muscle in your body. A great class to firm muscles and burn body fat.

"CORE & YOGA" TUESDAY 6.15PM
This class is ideal for those wanting to strengthen and tone up not only the abdominals but also the important back muscles . It involves 30 minutes of exercises utilising body weight, using fitballs and dumbbells. There is a 30 minute Yoga section after the core work. The yoga is suitable for anyone. Even for those who have never done yoga before. It incorporates a Hatha and Vinyasa style with a relaxation at the end.

BOXING FOR FITNESS. BOOTCAMP SESSION. CHECK THE BOOTCAMP SCHEDULE FOR CLASS TIMES
Boxing classes run in the Bootcamp program . These sessions teach correct technique using pads and gloves . The class involves boxing drills to increase cardio fitness . There is an element of leg and core strengthening work in the session also.
- All new clients must do a 1hr Fitness Assessment. Cost $60.00
