TERM 3 BOOTCAMP STARTS MON 13TH JULY 2020
SESSIONS ARE MON 6.30PM WED 6.30PM AND THE OCCASSIONAL SATURDAY. SCHEDULE WILL BE UP SOON.
FitnessNRG runs Bootcamp sessions suitable for ALL fitness levels. The sessions are designed to suit the beginner to the experienced participant. You will be challenged according to your own ability and potential. The sessions can provide training purposes from anyone wanting to get fitter, lose weight , tone up or pre-season training e.g football players. The Bootcamp group are all very motivating and encouraging to all new troops and you will have many laughs along the way whilst getting fitter and reaching your goals. The Bootcamp sessions are run indoors and at great outdoor locations in Belgrave. The Bootcamp program also include NRG Fit ( HIIT ) classes, Gym Boot which are indoor circuit sessions and Box /Battle sessions which is a mix of boxing drills. These are held indoor utilising gym and boxing equipment .
All new participants must undergo a 1hr Fitness Assessment
